SAVE Quality Management System is included in our Quality Manual that can be provided upon request (in French language). ISO Reference database is built upon current processes fully operational in SAVE. This is a guarantee of their reliability and applicability.

Quality and improvement process is based on a quarterly management review where are analyzed lots of inputs types:
• Performance indicators and their gaps in order to eliminate systematically root cause of the failures,
• Customer complaints,
• Internal malfunction datasheet,
• Quality audit and the applicability of the processes
• Customer satisfaction survey to increase the listening of our customers.  
This very detailed analysis concludes to preventive or corrective actions.
